Me and my family were very well received when we arrived in Torrevieja and were excited to find an apartment that suited our needs. Anders had booked 3-4 viewings in advance, so when we were picked up at the hotel, it was all about finding the dream apartment. A good job had been done up front because we were already excited at the first object.
Nevertheless, we wanted to be a little closer to the center. This was our first time in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. For us, it was important to find a completely new object, terrace and parking possibilities, and while we were there we became aware that we would prefer to live in the center of the city. After a few phone calls, Anders found the object we ended up buying. We have not bought a property abroad before, so were completely dependent on following the advice of our broker Anders.
From the time we were picked up at the hotel, until the contract with the developer was signed and papers were fixed, Anders and the office have done a great job. We have been so well looked after during the whole process that my family and I can really recommend Anders and Spaniabosted! Etc. Steinar.
